A Graduating Senior Doesn’t Want to Give Back Her Cheerleading Uniform, So She Tells the Cops It Was Stolen

An 18-year-old girl in Texas who’s graduating from high school next month REALLY didn’t want to give back her cheerleading uniform . . . so she called the cops and told them it was stolen.  She was arrested for making a false report.

It can be SO hard to let go of your high school glory days.  18-year-old Gina Nicole Torrijos from El Paso, Texas is graduating next month.  And since she’s moving on, she had to return her CHEERLEADING uniforms. But back on the 15th of last month, Gina called the cops to report someone had broken into her house and STOLEN her uniforms.  That’s it . . . they didn’t take anything else . . . just her cheerleading uniforms. The cops investigated, and a few days later, they figured out what happened:  Gina REALLY didn’t want to say goodbye to her cheerleading uniforms and give them back, so she hid them and made up the burglary. She was just arrested for making a false report and could be looking at up to six months in jail and a $2,000 fine.
