Guests who wish to appear on any WKAA 99.5 Kix Country’s Shows need to fill out this form at least two weeks prior to event. The Kix Crew will try to accommodate non-profit, news, entertainment and other guest or organizations. All guest segments are at the digression of Black Crow Media management.
