The Girl Scouts have a special surprise for the dogs in your household: Next year, they will have a DOG TREAT in their cookie line-up. And no, I’m not talking about TREFOILS . . . an ACTUAL dog treat. They’re “soft-baked, blueberry muffin-flavored cookies for dogs.” The “Patch Pals” were developed with a company called BARK . . . and they’re intended to, quote, “celebrate the bond between people and their pups.”That’s not the only new addition. They also announced a new human cookie called Sparkables, which are oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and sprinkles. They were specifically created for people with food allergies to avoid the nine major food allergens.
